PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN COSTS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
Returns
Can I return my order? Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
In this case, your order must meet the following conditions:

The product must include all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Normal product usage may be visible; however, damage caused by careless use is excluded.

Products that require hygiene precautions must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

The product was found to be defective upon arrival.
We reserve the right to charge shipping fees to the customer.
A return will be processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect the products have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start the return process:

After receiving your email, we will contact you and provide you with the return address.
Please do not send the package back to the sender's address. We will provide the correct address after your request.
The shipping costs for returning the product are at the customer's expense.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order under the following conditions, provided you are an individual acting for purposes unrelated to commercial or professional activities:
A. CANCELLATION TERMS
Right to Cancel
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has received the last item in your order.
Since we operate on an automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. As a result, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process until delivery has been completed, and a refund is only possible after you have received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us (Saville-North) of your decision to cancel the contract, preferably by email.
The withdrawal process is only complete once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is the buyer's responsibility.
Orders in Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer delivery times that are beyond our control.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us.
You are welcome to notify us in advance of your intent to cancel the order.
To expedite the return process, we request that you send us a shipment confirmation once the returned item has been sent.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping fees (and any additional costs incurred if you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard shipping).
We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods and cancellation notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
No additional fees will be charged for this refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
